Sea day sailing through the Bab el-mandab strait.
Bab-el-Mandeb This area that connects the Gulf of Aden to the Red Sea has been witness to the migration of modern man throughout Asia from Africa. This area where the horn of Africa comes close to the Arabian peninsula is geographically and historically complex.
There are the hills of the African continent on the left and the asiatic continent on the right.
Several laps walking around the ship in the morning for some exercise then I spent a good chunk of the day whale watching and reading as many other sea days.
We had a group of eight for dinner last night in the restaurant. It was very entertaining.
This is Bob. He is keeping watch.
